So I haven't had a computer for a while.
After the virus thing happened, we thought we got it all cleaned up...
but no, there was still something causing issues...
not a virus but adware/spyware.

I finally got so tired of spending my time trying to figure things out,
I put the computer aside and told Jeff he could deal with it.

Of course he was in pain from his wisdom teeth extraction,
so it didn't happen right away.

We finally contacted the guy from church who's been helping us out,
and he offered to take my computer to try to figure things out.

The computer was returned today,
I've been on the internet for a little over an hour,
and so far no unexpected pop-ups!
But I have no volume. :os

I put in another email to the computer guy,
so I'm sure I will have full sound soon.

I was using our very old, dinosaur, of a laptop, that I use for KidZone,
and the next thing I know that the power supply kept flickering.
I was sure it was the power adapter,
I was wrong.
Jeff says it was the jack the power adapter plugs into,
so I can't get on there at all because I can't get power.

It sure seems that when it rains it pours.

The past two weeks have been STRESSFUL,
because there is more going on then Jeff and my computers being down.

I'm hopeful to get back to blogging.
I have lots to catch up on.
Time will tell how much I can get on to blog

16 Years

Today it has been 16 years since saying "I Do".

The more time passes the more I am appreciating Jeff and the man he is.
I LOVE that he is so in love with Christ that he desires to be in the center of His will.
I LOVE that he takes extra steps to protect our marriage.
I LOVE that he says I'm beautiful, no matter what I look like at the time.
I LOVE that he loves our babies.

I am seeing more and more marriages breaking up, friends, acquaintances, let alone all those I don't know.
Because someone is wanting the "grass that is greener" on the other side.
And the truly sad thing...these are people who carrying the name Christ.
A pastor.
A youth pastor's wife.
A Sunday school teacher.
People who sit in church on Sunday mornings.

Just thinking about it, gets me down.
I realize that "It can happen to anyone."
What is keeping my marriage anymore protected then these other marriages.

I have to fall back on this...
As long as Jeff and I keep Christ the center of our lives, we will be fine.
As long as we are stilling willing to say, "Whatever it takes God, I'll do it.", we will be fine.

I am so thankful that I have a husband who truly has a head over him, which is Christ.
That he tries his hardest to love me as Christ loves the church.
Yea, he's not perfect and neither am I... so that can still lead into some pretty intense "discussions".
But we love each other.
The years will only get better!

This past Wednesday Jeff had his wisdom teeth extracted.

So he is on pain meds, not feeling the best.

His diet consists of soft foods, ie noodles, oatmeal, yogurt, icecream, scrambled eggs, pancakes.

And his cheeks are so big it's been very hard for me to resist squeezing them.

Everytime I look at his face and see these little chipmunk cheeks, or as Jeff says a version of elephant man,
I just want to reach up and pinch them!

So there's really been no celebration today.

But I love him, oh how I love him!

So now that I'm around,

and have some time to share about our vacation.

My computer is sick :S

It has a virus or something (again).

So I will be trying to get it back in working order...

because I have no pictures available until I do.

Can you blog without pictures???

I don't know if I can.

If you're wondering how I'm typing this...
I'm using our really old laptop,
that I use for KidZone.

We have company the next few days...
so I can guarantee I will not be on here.

my cousin...
Jeff's friend...
came to Kansas for our wedding.

They met...
they made eyes...
and a year later they were married.

Now they just pulled up...
so see you later!
