On Sunday, we hit the road again. We now headed into our second half of our trip. We headed to Topeka to visit Jeff's family. We left my family in the morning and we took a detour through Maize Kansas and visited one of our favorite churches, GracePoint. Right after church it was a quick bite and it was back on the road.
Once we got to Topeka we had time to unload and get sleeping arrangements figured out and then the rest of the time was filled with plans.
We first got a chance to visit some friends of the family, who came down from Kansas City area just to see us. We had a great but short catch up visit and then it was off the Jeff's younger sister, Michelle's house. We were going to do our "big" holiday meal over there. For some reason I was not on top of things and got no pictures.
The cousins picked up right where they left off in July with running around playing and being loud. We then enjoyed another big turkey meal with all the fixings. Thank you Michelle for all the hard work she put in to make the meal happen!
