Preston's chosen birthday meal:
Skillet Lasagna
Sweet Corn with butter
French Style Green Beans
Garlic French Bread
Strawberry Soda
Cheesecake

Note: we even had red eyes! ;o)
This was Preston's first year to not have anyone celebrate with our immediate family. He kept asking our family if they were going to come for his birthday. He even talked to his Aunt Tammy that morning and he figured out that she could leave right then, drive 8 hours, and be here by 6:00 to celebrate with us! To our disappointment she was unable to do it. :o) He got phone calls from his grandparents, his aunts and even his cousins. I think overall he really enjoyed HIS day, even though there was no one else to share in the fun.
