In the mornings, Jeff tries to do Bible devotions with the kids over breakfast. Sometimes you can tell they aren't interested at all and sometimes they can ask really interesting questions.
This morning, Tanner asked Jeff, "Can you show me a picture in the Bible of the guy who bruised James?" Jeff was pretty confused and Tanner said, " I want to see a picture of the man who bruised James."
It finally donned on Jeff what Tanner was getting at. He's been teaching the kids a song, that he learned from his mom, that helps them learn the New Testament books. The order is, "...Hebrews, James....", apparently Tanner thought it said, "...he bruised James..."
