
...that's my New Years resolution.
I am, therefore the family by default, is cutting out french fries. That is all forms of fries, from steak fries, to curly fries, to waffle fries.
Last night as I was sitting in a hot bath, listening to some Klove, I was thinking of what I could cut out of my "diet" that does more harm then good. I knew that sugar was an impossible so I went with something that is going to be difficult but not impossible. You know that fries are the "perfect" side to a big, juicy cheeseburger, or some waffle fries to a Chick-fil-A sandwich. A salad just doesn't do it for me, but I'm gonna try and I have no doubt that if I can cut out pop, I can cut out fries. Just as I allow "special" times where my family can drink a soda, there will be those "special" times where they will get fries as well. I will stay completely away though.
